Generous Spirit
Generous Spirit
The Story
For the Native Americans, the racoon represents a sharing spirit. When looking for food, a troupe of racoons leaves a lookout behind. When food is found, it is always passed to the lookout first. Should he appear to you, perhaps he is applauding you for taking care of others as well as yourself. Or, perhaps he is reminding you to be more generous to those in need.
