Before there was any land, "Old Man" asked four little ducks who was the bravest, one of the little ducks spoke up, and said, "I am the bravest." Old Man sent him down through the water to get some mud from the bottom, Old Man held the mud until it was dry, then he blew the dirt in all directions and made land. He gave the brave little duck a bright new coat as a reward.
